Advance Program - 2000 hrs - Ayurvedic inspired program

This program will provide you with a detailed understanding of the therapeutic side of yoga and Ayurvedic influences.

This is an intensive course in which participants will acquire the essential knowledge required for professional yoga therapy. It is divided into five modules:

1. Foundation and Integration - 300 hours
2. Biomedical and Psychological Fundamentals -500 hours
3. Yoga therapy tools and therapeutic skills - 450 hours
4. Professional practice - 150 hours
5. Practicum and Mentorship - 600 hours
